Reflections is a concept photo book showcasing back and white film photography of how the interplay of light and reflective surfaces can change and warp the perceived reality of the subject and the surrounding environment. The photography and imagery plays with the mind from simple just mirroring to presenting things that are not there with buildings behind appearing in front to warping well known forms that give a sense of unreality. The design of the book itself is simple, the adherence to continuing with the black and white theme and the structured layout allows for the images to contrast and stand out in the book. Currently Reflections sits as a concept for a long term project, that one day will be expanded upon and released into the world.
